Our exchange and refund policy - All Harris Tweed fabric orders (which are cut soon after your order is placed) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as described. Should you need to make any cancellations or changes to a new order, email us at info@theharristweedstore.co.uk as soon as possible and we will certainly do all we can before we dispatch your order. If you are unsure about our Harris Tweed colours due to screen differences please order a swatch, these are available at £1.50 each on our website.
