Standard Processing Time

The Harris Tweed fabric is cut to order and we are currently aiming to dispatch within 3-10 working days. Please allow extra time around our busy Christmas period.

Standard Shipping Times

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail / Signed For / Courier.

 Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

 - UK: 1-3 working days (Royal Mail / Signed For / Courier)

 - US: 10-15 working days

 - Worldwide: 10-20 working days

Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR laws we can no longer ship to Europe including Northern Ireland.

International Shipping

US - From 29 August 2025 all our shipping prices include the new US Tariff Customs Charge but may still have the usual standard customs clearance and administrative charges.

Delivery times may take longer than the stated times above due to customs delays etc. Please note: we cannot accept any responsibilities for any postal delays. We are also not able to contact customs with delay enquiries.        

Please note, deliveries over Bank Holidays and Christmas might take longer than the time advised due to postal delays.
